SCHEDULE CHANGE REQUEST FORM
If you would like to request a schedule change, please ensure the student is logged in to their OCPS student account and completes the schedule change request form. This link will be used to make schedule changes for all students. The form will close on August 18 at 3 pm.

Please keep in mind that once a schedule change request is submitted, counselors cannot reverse or undo the request. Any approved change may result in adjustments to class periods, teachers, and lunch assignments.
The schedule change request form includes a list of available elective courses. We encourage you to carefully review all information and options on the form before submitting your request.

AS A REMINDER, only students can access the schedule change request form, and it can only be completed ONCE.
If you have multiple requests, all requested changes must be included in a single form submission.
