In order to participate in sports at Freedom High School, all student-athletes must:

1. Have a current FHSAA sports physical on file. Sports Physical Packet

2. Complete an ECG/EKG and have an OCPS Cardiology Form on file. OCPS Cardiology Report

3. Complete the required NFHS Courses (see below)
