Transcript Requests

Transcripts are ordered directly through the Guidance Department. To order transcripts that need to be uploaded to an online platform, such as Common app or Coalition app, contact your School Counselor.

All other requests, forms are available in the Guidance office or you can select the appropriate Transcript Request form below:

- You may print the form or complete it right from your computer

- Once completed you can drop it off in the Guidance office, send by email, fax or through mail. All information is listed on the form.

- Transcripts will be submitted electronically 

- If the college/university is not listed for an electronic submission, it will be mailed.

Please note: Transcripts are not sent through email nor faxed.

Due to the volume of transcript processing, requests will be processed, mailed or available for pick up within one (1) week. However, transcripts prior to 2015 may take longer to process than those after. School holidays can impact processing times as well.
